At Woolacombe all aspects of surfing are catered for from wetsuit and board hire to tuition. When the surf is up in Woolacombe Bay the sea is packed with boards and surfers. It is a place for camper van spotting - I am sure that VW camper vans have a homing instinct to find Woolacombe, all year round you can find these wonderfully renovated vehicles complete with surfers parked along the sea front. Kayaking is a popular activity at Woolacombe too, with hire available for single and double kayaks - with the lifeguards watching from shore you can be sure you are in safe hands. |
