Mortehoe Shellfish is renowned in the area and beyond after a write up in a national newspaper, who reviewed it very favourably stating it was one of the best seafood places to eat in the country. The restaurant and shop have been in operation for over 30 years, and can supply almost any fish and shellfish, some of which they catch themselves in their boat ‘Walrus‘. We have experienced their Seafood platter eaten inhouse - amazing! We have bought crabs from them many times and are never disappointed by the quality or size. www.mortehoeshellfish.co.uk |

Also at Braunton you will not be disappointed by The Williams Arms, a 16th century thatched roof building full of character and bonhomie. There is a wonderful atmosphere inside, with many local people eating and dinking there as well as holiday makers. You can eat from breakfast to dinner here, dine in the restaurant or more casually in the bar, and car parking is not a problem as there are two large car parks. www.williamsarms.co.uk |
